These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Senator Safety website and the purchase of products from our store. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Senator Safety is proud to offer free shipping anywhere in Saskatchewan (SK) on all orders.
For orders shipped outside of Saskatchewan, shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. Rates are provided by our carrier partners (such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS) and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. For custom or logo orders, shipping will occur within 24 hours of completion and confirmation of all logo details and artwork approvals.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Senator Safety is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Free Returns: We offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
- Custom & Logo Items: All custom or personalized items (including items with custom logos or embroidery) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our website. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Limitation of Liability
Senator Safety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
