At Senator Safety, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust the timeframe).

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Safety and hygiene-related products (like masks, gloves, PPE, etc.) cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
